FAQ:
Cant connect the device via BT? If the BT connect fail or slowly .Pls make sure that your phone is IOS8.0 or Android 4.4 above and support BT 4.0 and do as following steps:
1.Make sure the phone is not connected with other BT devices at the same time. If the bracelet was paired with another phone, you need to unbind it first and ignore the the device from phone BT; 2.Restart the phone BT; 3.Restart the phone; 4. Lock the APP running in the background, it may not keep connected if it not running in the background; 5.Charge fully the device. You can ask the customer service for a video as well.
Can not find the device If it can not be found When searching the device in the App,Pls make sure the device is with power and not connect with other phones(Please check if there is connected icon on the device screen homepage,If it is, Please check the phone which paired the device and ignore the device in BT setting) Then make the bracelet close to the new phone. If it is still invalid, please turn off the BT and restart it after 20 seconds.

This may be related to some phone settings. 1. Click on Phone Settings – Power Save Management. Select the bracelet application in the protected bracelet application. 2. Click Phone Settings – Rights Management – Applications, select the bracelet application as trusted, or You can go online to find out how your phone is set up without closing the app.
Can not charge Please confirm whether the socket have power which the device put in ,wheter the Clip charge or usb charger contacted correct .When the device power is lower than 3.6v, the battery will be pre-charged. After 3-5 minutes, it can enter the normal charging state. If the bracelet was damaged by water ingress, it can not be charged and will not be turned on and the bracelet will heat up.
Waterproof IP67 Suggestion: Please do not take it more than 10 minutes with 30cm deep water. Do not put it in water above 40 degrees. It is not good to wear in sea swimming as sea water is corrosive. Due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, it is not recommended to take a hot bath with the bracelet. This will cause damage to the waterproof ring of the device and get the water vapor to enter, shortening the service life of the bracelet.
vibrate abnormally Since the wireless BT signal is subject to various interferences, the bracelet will vibrate when the BT signal is weak or disconnected. So it is recommended to turn the “Anti-lost” feature off when not needed. If vibrate for a long time, please consider the switch off bracelet.
About APP
APP support language The language supported : Chinese, English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, French, Japanese, German, Korean, Italy, Portugueese, Turkish and polish (some of the bracelets are different).If the phone sets the default language (such as German), and the App language will be Germany same as the phone language. Smart band display support with above language as well.
Do not have message reminder Android phone: Make sure the phone and the bracelet connected. After connecting, open the corresponding permission in the phone settings, allow the related APP to access the call, SMS, contact list, and keep the App running in the background; If the phone is installed with security software, please add App as trust and open App Management and permission management to turn on the smart band app in the smart phone setting.
IOS phone: If there is no reminder after connecting, it is recommended to restart the mobile phone to reconnect. When connecting the bracelet again, you must wait for the mobile phone to pop up [BT Pairing Request], and click [Pairing] to have a reminder, Also please lock the App running in the background.
Message reminder When turn on the message reminder button in the App, There is a window pop out to lead you to the phone setting. Pls select the APP to grant the permission or you can find the security and privacy options in the settings – notification permission, select App permitted for notification.
No data in App In the main interface pull-down refresh, manually to synchronize the data, you can find the data in the APP, the automatic synchronization data will only be synchronized when the phone bracelet is connected at the first time. Please check the detail data in the APP .
Data cannot be loaded App setting–Reset the factory setting of the bracelet, click to reset the factory settings, the bracelet will turn off, and then restart the bracelet to connect to the app, normally the data can be loaded.
synchronization problem Data will be stored in the device for 7days before the data was synchronized. After the BT connection of the mobile phone and the smart bracelet paired, the data will be uploaded to the mobile phone App automatically . Please synchronize the data to the mobile phone in time(at least once per 7days). Note: Pls keep the device with connection statue If you need the call and SMS reminder function.And the alarm reminder can support offline.
Data accuracy
Data accuracy The smart bracelet is not a medical device just for sports. All the data is only for reference and cannot be used for any medical purpose.
Step data inaccuracy Due to the different body mechanisms of each person, the calorie,distance data is also inconsistent. Therefore, the user should first set the correct personal information in the App after connection, and the normal walking accuracy will be > 90%. Its a relatively high level in the industry.
sleep date inaccuracy It is monitored by the accelerometer. Each person has different sleep habits,the sleep time and quality monitored by the device will be different. The smart bracelet is monitored from 20:00 by default(Some models support sleep time setting in the App),if it meet the algorithm requirements, the smart bracelet will consider it as Sleep mode, the sleep monitor time will be stop after user wake up in the the next morning.
sleep date missing Please confirm whether the bracelet is connected with the mobile app and the data was synchronized. If it was connected, Please sync the data once a day which is enough no need to synchronize multiple times which may make the data lossing.
heart rate data inaccuracy Please wear the band in correct way on wrist. If too much hair will affect the performance when measure HR. Please sit down and clean the device and wrist skin to try again. Static heart rate sensor could only measure HR under static condition, When you doing sports with 100bpm above, The data may not accurate. Static sensor may sometimes not stable to measure at the beginning each time which is normal, Please try to measure several more times. If require the best accuracy, Please check our 24h continuous heart rate products which can be measured in high accuracy under any circumstances even your heart beat reach 180bpm,190bpm, Can be compared with medical equipment.
measure heart rate delay When you start to measure the heart rate, It will take a while to collect the signal from the sensor and get the final accurate data based on principle of light reflection(The green light shine into the skin to get the light reflection signal from the blood flow, The sensor collect and calculate the signals to get the final data).If it is not worn tightly, ambient light will affect the measurement accuracy.
Why heart rate read in the air Due to limited space of chipset for some models, This had not turned off the data of un-wearing in program. This is normal, not affect normal performance. Our continuously heart rate model will not read in the air, If you want higher version, Please check our other models.
Blood pressure inaccuracy The smart bracelet is not a medical device just for exercise assistive devices.The smart bracelet is a non-medical device for exercise assistive devices. All data is only used for reference during exercise. The Blood pressure data is based on the sensor's data plus the algorithm to obtain a rough data, Can only be used for the usual BP high and low reference.
T6 poor contact on metal electrod
problem
1.Wash your wrist with water to release residual charge and keep your hands moist. If necessary, use soap to remove grease from the skin. 2 Use a wet cloth to remove grease or dust from the surface of the metal electrode. If necessary, use alcohol to clean it. 3 Relax and sit down before measuring, and try to keep your body in a comfortable state; 4 Metal electrode should be in full contact with the skin. If possible, rub the electrode on the skin for a while so that the impedance between the skin and the electrode is reduced for better contact.
Fail problem on T6 In the ECG+PPG monitoring interface, the right index finger touches the metal button for 3 seconds, the test is completed in 30 seconds, If the test is successful, then the ECG data is stored in the device and sync to APP at same time which with heart rate, blood pressure and electrocardiogram. If the test fails, please check the wearing way, whether the electrode is in contact well with the skin, or use water to keep the skin moist and clean it. Restart the test. Please sync the data with device and the app before measurement, more than 3data stored inside the bracelet will also display with “FAIL”.
How to measure HR,BP,SPO2 With green light to shine into the skin and get the light reflection rate from blood flow to calculate the heart rate data. Blood pressure and blood oxygen data are calculated based on Heart rate data. The BP,SPO2 data can be only reference and not for medical purpose. If people have potential blood pressure disease, Please do not refer to the BP data measured by smart band.
How to measure HR/ECG on T6 There are 3 electrodes on both sides of the front and back. These 3 electrodes can not only pass a weak current to the human body, but also measure the impedance of the human body, and also capture the change in potential difference between the electrodes during the heartbeat. According to the captured electrode changes, the algorithm can process the real-time heart rate. Using ECG heart rate measurement is currently the most accurate heart rate test method.
How to measure body fate There are 4 electrodes on the both sides of the front and back of the device. When measuring, the electrodes send a very small current through the body. The fat is non-conductive. If the fat ratio is high, The resistance is large, So the body rate is high. This is how BIA(Bio-impedence analysis) measurement of body fat rate through such device.
1. Waterproof IP67: 1meter for 30mins.
2. Please do not wear the band for hot water showering, The mist of hot water may cause the inside of the bracelet to enter the water vapor.
3. Please charge the device before your first-time use. Charge time is 2hours.
4. The first time measurement of heart rate may not normal, Please try several times in right way.
